Our History
sunpoint was created in 2012, after 18 years of experience in the real estate sector in the city of Lagos.
It is a real estate company specialized in the Praia da Luz and Lagos area. Made up of a team of professionals with knowledge and experience.
Sunpoint is based on values such as clarity, rigor, confidentiality, availability, collaboration and cooperation with our customers and partners.
We seek to satisfy the needs of our customers by finding solutions that meet their highest expectations, leading them to make the best decisions.
At Sunpoint, each client is unique, we seek to understand their needs and plans in detail in order to provide an excellent service, with the aim of establishing trusting and lasting relationships.

"We contacted Sunpoint in May 2016 and looked at some properties on their listings with a plan to buy around the Luz / Espiche area. Though we returned the UK before finding anything, my wife's parents stayed out and viewed another in Luz with Dave (from Sunpoint). Dave set up a facetime link with us and we had a “walk round “the villa whilst sat back in Sheffield. This was a great help and we were on the point of buying this villa when Brexit hit!! This stopped us in our tracks, but we decided to re visit in February 2017 and dedicate a week to viewing properties with six agents and a wider area to choose from.
